More than a hundred hours of research went into this project! Rather than simply slap a “Fairy Magician” or a “Fairy Priestess” illustration on these cards, I wanted to find actual Celtic myths and legends with energy, ideas, and lessons similar to the themes represented by each card in a 78-card Tarot.
With illustrations by the amazing Elder Minibaev, this deck alone is exquisite, but with the companion book (that retells the actual myth or legend behind each card), these cards really come to life.
While still available from online retailers (often at very high prices!), when shopping for your own, be sure to establish whether the price is for the deck alone, the book alone, or the deck and book together.
